Vigorously implementing high standard farmland transformation, relying on high-quality grain and oil cultivation, rice fish symbiosis, and meat cattle and sheep breeding to explore the cultivation and breeding cycle model, we will fully promote the construction of projects such as science and technology innovation centers, digital centers, and agricultural complexes. Centering on “agriculture+the Internet”, we will achieve a group of new agricultural entities driven by leading enterprises, and encourage, guide, and promote the double improvement of green and organic certification quality in Jiange. Develop a special plan for the integration of agriculture and tourism, reasonably layout public service facilities such as leisure squares and parking lots, and orderly guide farmers to renovate high-quality homestays, farmhouses, and other supporting accommodation and catering facilities, further promoting the healthy interaction between agriculture and tourism.

Vigorously promote the “enterprise+cooperative+farmer model”, organize more than 20 pre job training, work on behalf of training, and project implementation follow-up management and protection training sessions for nearby farmers, continuously deepen interest connections, promote work on behalf of relief, and vigorously develop collective economic projects such as rice and fish comprehensive breeding, meat, cattle, and sheep breeding to increase channels for wealth. As of now, the park has conducted more than 1600 personnel training in agriculture, logging, cutting, and paving techniques, and has coordinated various funds such as Guang’an assistance funds, linkage funds, and park reward and subsidy funds totaling over 73 million yuan. A total of 22 planned and implemented projects are expected to be implemented, and it is expected that after the project is fully completed, more than 11 million yuan of labor remuneration can be released.
