Shanghai Juyuan Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative is located in Juyuanqiao Village, Yuepu Town, Baoshan District, the second batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages in Shanghai. It is close to Qianlu Road to the east, Shitai Road to the south, and Gujing River to the northwest, with convenient transportation and beautiful environment.
The cooperative has a vegetable planting area of 201.9 acres, including 18 acres of multi-span greenhouses, 163 acres of 8-type greenhouses, and 20 acres of 6-type greenhouses. The vegetables produced by the cooperative are all distributed to Dingdong to buy vegetables and hotels, and the production and sales connection is very smooth, with excellent business performance.

Demonstration Base for “Machine Replacement”

The industry is thriving, and agricultural machinery takes the lead. Shanghai Juyuan Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative focuses on four aspects: improving vegetable production capacity, developing characteristic industries, innovating management services, and ensuring agricultural machinery production safety, solidly promoting the development of smart agriculture.

The Juyuan Fruit and Vegetable Base has relatively complete and advanced agricultural machinery and supporting equipment, equipped with multiple models of modern agricultural machinery such as plowing, sowing, and plant protection that are compatible with production; The integrated water and fertilizer facilities, combined with drip irrigation and micro spraying systems, also achieve full coverage of the production area.

The cooperative was selected as a key production base for the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. In 2011, it completed pollution-free certification and GAP certification for all real estate agricultural products. It was established as the Shanghai Vegetable Standard Park in 2013, the Ministry of Agriculture Vegetable Standard Park in 2014, and was awarded the first batch of district level demonstration farmer professional cooperatives in Baoshan District in 2019. In 2020, it successfully established the Shanghai vegetable production “machine replacement” demonstration base.
