Entering Chaolai Agronomy Park, a large screen in the digital agriculture exhibition area displays the variety, scale, characteristics of different varieties, product quality, temperature, humidity and other data of vegetable planting in the park in real time. In the process of intelligent transformation, Chaolai Agricultural Park collaborated with experts from agricultural research institutions in Beijing to develop environmental control strategies. The greenhouse area is equipped with digital intelligent control equipment for “light, temperature, water, and gas”. The application of supplementary lighting, wet curtains, fans, internal and external sunshades, high-pressure micro fog, and circulating fans not only achieves intelligent control of light, temperature, water, and gas, but also ensures uniform air distribution in the greenhouse and precise irrigation according to demand, improving the quality and yield of vegetables in the greenhouse. The waste liquid recovery pipeline system also achieves water and fertilizer recycling.

In order to ensure the freshness of vegetables, the park is also equipped with two cold storage facilities. External pre cooling treatment can reduce the temperature of vegetables in a short period of time after harvesting, inhibit their respiration, slow down their ripening, aging, and water loss; The storage and use of vegetables after harvesting can ensure that the storage time of vegetables can be extended after pre cooling treatment. The combination of two cold storage rooms can maximize the preservation time of vegetables.

In the seedling area of the park, we also achieve the goal of recording, scientific management, and digital control throughout the entire process of seedling cultivation through intelligent preparation of seedling substrates, precision sowing, intelligent germination, intelligent light supplementation, and intelligent irrigation, combined with the seedling production management system, to improve the quality of seedlings. The relevant person in charge of Chaolai Agricultural Park introduced that the park has also installed equipment including pesticide residue detectors and barcode printers, And it is equipped with a vegetable quality and safety blockchain traceability system. The park enhances the self inspection ability of agricultural residues through the use of quality traceability system equipment and software, achieving full monitoring and quality and safety traceability of agricultural product production and processing, enhancing consumers’ brand credibility for the quality and safety of agricultural products, and providing more safe and accessible agricultural products for everyone.
