The total area of Nanshenzao Smart Farm in Dongtai Granary is 1350 acres. In the early years, based on the construction of high standard farmland, it was equipped with facilities such as field meteorological stations, soil water quality and air monitoring, and pest monitoring and reporting, building an Internet of Things control system. Since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the requirements for the construction of unmanned farms, we have completed the construction of a central control room and the unmanned transformation of mechanical equipment. We have implemented intelligent deployment under the 5G customized private network, achieving full digital management of precision planting, drone plant protection, interconnection of agricultural machinery and equipment, and traceability of agricultural products.
At present, the farm has three 5G signal base stations, which are monitored in real-time, automatically irrigated, fertilized, sprayed, and intelligently managed to save production costs of 150 yuan per mu, and increase grain production by 5%.
