In the Big data analysis center of the edible fungus industry in Yunxi Smart Green Valley, the information of each greenhouse can be monitored in real time on a large screen to achieve a screen reading and precise control. A greenhouse is a workshop for producing mushrooms. In the intelligent mushroom shed, the temperature, humidity, luminosity, carbon dioxide concentration and other information inside the shed can be accurately controlled with just one click through sensors and monitoring probes. The production of edible mushrooms has bid farewell to the distinction between “relying on the weather” and off-season peak season.

Yu Huatang, the administrator of the Yunxi Smart Green Valley Smart System, introduced that compared to traditional planting methods, digital planting can save about 40% of labor costs, achieve a transformation from one season to multiple seasons, and also increase production and quality rate by about 30%.

It is understood that edible mushrooms are one of the leading industries in Hejia Town. This year, the town introduced leading enterprises and built a 175 mu Ecosophy agricultural park comprehensive demonstration area, including 176 smart greenhouses, general control rooms, laboratories, etc., realizing the digital, intelligent and scientific management mode of edible fungus planting, production, processing, scientific research, and export.

Liu Song, the person in charge of the Yunxi County Smart Fishery Breeding Base, said that the ecological fish pond is equipped with facilities for measuring oxygen, temperature and ammonia nitrogen and nitrite, which can increase or reduce the feeding amount according to the growth of fish. The annual output of their base can reach about 1.5 million jin, and the output value can reach about 30 million yuan.
