In recent days, with rising temperatures and continuous rainfall, there has been a high incidence of corn and rice pests and diseases in Weixi County. To prevent the spread of pests and diseases, staff from the Planting Management Service Center of Weixi County Agriculture and Rural Bureau have gone deep into the fields and used plant protection drones for flight prevention operations.

It is reported that Weixi County plans to carry out a comprehensive prevention and control of corn and rice pests and diseases on 2000 acres. Currently, 1000 acres of anti spraying operations have been completed. After on-site investigation and feedback from farmers, the effectiveness of the fly control operation is obvious, and the pests and diseases have been effectively controlled.
