Based on the actual development situation, modifications and improvements have been made to the industrial development, land use, and urban construction plans of the entire region, ensuring orderly connection between the plans and laying the foundation for the smooth progress of the creation work.

Build a good living environment and promote green ecological life. We have implemented a series of ecological and environmental protection projects, including the construction of sewage treatment plants in key towns, the renovation of sewage pipe networks in central urban areas, comprehensive improvement of rural environment, natural forest protection, wetland protection and restoration, and comprehensive improvement of the Han River, ensuring a significant improvement in the quality of the regional ecological environment. At the same time, major ecological construction projects such as energy conservation and emission reduction, organic green and pollution-free agricultural product bases, pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding, comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste, and urban household waste will be prioritized and included in the national economic and social development plan. We will conscientiously organize and implement them, and promote the construction of environmental infrastructure.

Develop green industries and revitalize the ecological economy. Create a high-quality grain and oil production base of 150000 mu, with a total grain and oil production of 115200 tons and 13000 tons respectively. Build a professional vegetable field base of 35000 mu, including 12000 mu of facility vegetables, 8 professional vegetable villages, 3 thousand mu of facility vegetable slices, 5 standardized facility vegetable demonstration bases, and a total annual vegetable production of 278000 tons. As of now, there are 9 certified green foods and 66400 acres of registered and protected geographical indication agricultural products. We have created 5 boutique flower observation points, including Wang Daochi.
