Ainong Fertilizer Industry is located in the north section of Jinshan Avenue in Yancheng District. It was founded in 2005 and was originally a small workshop with only 10 workers, producing over 30 tons of fertilizer per day. After nearly 20 years of development, the company has now become a fertilizer production enterprise that integrates production, sales, scientific research, and agricultural services. It has three factory areas, one CNC formula fertilizer production line with an annual output of 100000 tons, one organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 100000 tons, and one bio organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 100000 tons. The annual sales of fertilizer are about 50000 tons, including about 40000 tons of organic fertilizer and about 10000 tons of fertilizer.
Around 2014, the national fertilizer industry was in a difficult situation, and many enterprises ceased production or went bankrupt. At that time, although Ainong Fertilizer Industry was beginning to take shape, its products were single and lacked market share and competitive advantage. Faced with the severe situation, Guo Guannan, General Manager of Ainong Fat Industry, realized that in order for the company to develop healthily, it must innovate in technology and develop new and good products.
Around 2017, Ainong Fertilizer Industry established long-term strategic partnerships with scientific research institutions and universities such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Henan Agricultural University, based on market demand. At the same time, it established an agricultural technology service team, purchased 11 sets of various research and development equipment, and established a provincial-level organic waste fertilizer engineering technology research center; Invest heavily in purchasing and installing advanced production equipment; Elaborate development and production of highly active, multifunctional, and pure natural organic fertilizers with characteristics such as soil improvement, growth promotion, and disease resistance. With the increasing investment in technological innovation year by year, the competitiveness of Ainong Fertilizer Industry’s products continues to strengthen, and it quickly bottoms out, producing good social and economic benefits.
At present, Ainong Fertilizer Industry relies on its own scientific research capabilities to produce various fertilizers such as organic fertilizers, bio organic fertilizers, composite microbial fertilizers, microbial inoculants, and mixed fertilizers. It can provide services such as green planting and breeding cycles and soil organic matter improvement, mainly serving high standard farmland projects.
In 2018, Ainong Fertilizer Industry undertook the innovation and guidance plan project for the introduction and promotion of the aquaculture waste resource utilization technology system in Zhaoling District, and built a branch factory with an annual output of 50000 tons of bio organic fertilizer. It used treated livestock and poultry manure to produce granular bio organic fertilizer, basically forming an industrial model of “aquaculture base+manure treatment base+bio fertilizer processing base”.
In 2022, Ainong Fertilizer Industry undertook the project of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in our city, handling 50000 tons of waste such as livestock and poultry manure annually, digesting a large amount of livestock manure, corn straw, etc., and reducing environmental pollution caused by agricultural enterprise production. At the same time, Ainong Fertilizer Industry has also undertaken projects such as the construction of high standard farmland in the surrounding areas of our city, soil testing formula fertilization, soil organic matter improvement, and the construction of grassroots agricultural technology promotion systems. It has also collaborated with relevant departments to establish a remote crop hospital video diagnosis and treatment system, effectively solving the problems encountered by farmers in the actual production process.
