Yang Hao, a new farmer born in 1995 in Dalijia Village, Sun Jiaji Street, is the general manager of Jingxi Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and the head of Xinrunfeng Family Farm. In 2017, after graduating from university, he returned to his hometown without hesitation to engage in agriculture, starting from the grassroots level step by step, playing with smart agriculture and igniting his dream of promoting agriculture. Recently, when the reporter arrived at the Xinrunfeng Family Farm under construction, he happily told the reporter that, The family farm project is still under construction and can be completed and put into use in mid September. In addition to planting vegetables, the demonstration greenhouse here will become a display area for intelligent and digital agricultural equipment, creating an e-commerce live streaming base and a college student entrepreneurship base. At that time, not only will it attract college students to start businesses, but it will also provide employment opportunities for surrounding villagers.
Yang Hao has put more energy into technological innovation, not only reading books and studying, but also seeking advice from experts and researching technology. He has participated in agricultural technology training courses and college student entrepreneurship training courses multiple times. In order to achieve “Internet plus modern agriculture”, improve the fine management of greenhouse planting, and lead the trend of progressiveness planting technology, he actively docked with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong Agricultural Machinery Management Office, etc. to transform technical achievements. In 2021, he participated in the Shouguang City College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the Excellence Award; In 2022, he won the “Golden Seed Award” at the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Investment Conference of Science and Technology Innovation China.
In recent years, Yang Hao has led the company to develop a smart agricultural IoT greenhouse management system. The system collects various parameters in the greenhouse in real-time through sensing devices, and transmits them to the cloud platform through wireless networks. The cloud platform then automatically controls the roller shutter machine, fan, fill light, water fertilizer integrated irrigation system, etc. based on the uploaded information. At the same time, users can view various data and real-time monitoring images inside the greenhouse through their mobile phones and PCs. This enables remote control, saves labor costs, and improves production efficiency. Now, relying on the ‘Shouguang Model’, we have created a modern smart agricultural big data platform that radiates across the country, truly realizing the concept of a platform radiating across the country.
The most important thing to do in a career is to be ahead of others, take quick action, and excel. Entrepreneurship has a starting point, but career has no end. With entrepreneurial passion and fighting spirit, Yang Hao injected new concepts into the design, construction, and management of family farms, guiding vegetable farmers to demolish outdated and inefficient old sheds and build high standard new greenhouses.
