It is reported that a certain agricultural development limited company in Pu’er is building the greenhouse. At this point, about 300 acres of vegetable greenhouse will be built. In recent days, workers have been busy building steel frames, installing water pipes, and transplanting seedlings. It is reported that the project adopts a “company+cooperative+farmer” model, with the company responsible for greenhouse installation, agricultural material procurement, and technical training. Farmers only need to be responsible for planting and cultivation. After planting, the company guarantees a minimum purchase, and after deducting agricultural materials, the profit is divided by 50%. Farmers have extremely low planting risks.

In addition to the advantages of land resources and labor, Tang Xunbin’s confidence also comes from the modern agricultural industrial park currently under construction in Jinggu County. It is reported that Jinggu County Modern Agriculture Industrial Park plans to invest 189 million yuan, mainly to construct an agricultural cold chain logistics center, sorting and packaging center, agricultural breeding center, and modern agricultural planting demonstration area. The total land area of the project is 236 acres.
