The first batch of fruit cucumbers in the Smart Agriculture Industrial Park has been launched

On May 10th, the reporter learned from Runtai Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Kekdala that the first batch of 800 pieces and 4800 kilograms of fruit cucumbers produced by Runtai Smart Agricultural Industrial Park were put on the market for sale.

Runtai Smart Agricultural Industrial Park is managed by Runtai Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd., jointly invested and registered by Xinjiang Kekedala State owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Hongyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Gupu Agricultural Technology Service Co., Ltd. The industrial park plans to cover an area of 250 acres, with a total facility area of 215 acres and a total investment of 150 million yuan.

The industrial park adopts advanced technology in facility agriculture from the Netherlands and France, and the greenhouse types are advanced semi enclosed Venlo style multi-span glass greenhouses and fully open film greenhouses, which can achieve full year production. Through advanced methods such as soilless cultivation, integrated water and fertilizer, carbon dioxide supplementation, growth environment control, bumblebee pollination, and intelligent big data management, efficient and healthy modern agricultural planting and production can be carried out. On April 12th, the first batch of over 60000 fruit cucumber seedlings planted in the industrial park underwent a 25 day growth cycle from turning heads, cutting branches, pinching whiskers, to preventing and controlling diseases. One after another, yellow flowers produced shiny fruit cucumbers.

It is understood that when the Runtai Smart Agriculture Industrial Park reaches its production capacity, it can produce up to 2200 tons of fruit cucumbers, tomatoes, and high-quality cherries annually, with an annual sales revenue of 56 million, which can drive nearly a hundred people to find employment.
