Domestic drone enterprises flying to 50 countries and regions

From August 3rd to August 4th, the AgriBusiness Global LATAM Conference and Summit, the world’s largest international agricultural forum, will kick off in Panama.

The conference focused on industry hot topics such as digital agricultural technology innovation, agricultural supply chain, and international agricultural product trade. Nearly 200 enterprises from around the world were invited to participate, covering diverse fields such as technology, agrochemistry, crop science, policy regulation, and investment consulting.

This is the first time since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic that thought leaders and innovators at the forefront of smart agriculture have gathered together to share industry insights and explore innovative solutions. Among them, Gong Jinqin, co-founder of Jifei Technology, was invited to attend the meeting and, as an industry expert in the field of smart agricultural technology, shared the experience and wisdom of promoting digital agricultural technology in rural areas of China, as well as real cases of China’s agricultural technology helping farmers in multiple countries transform their food production methods.

Chinese overseas enterprises are becoming increasingly powerful and have made significant achievements in fields such as consumer electronics, gaming, live streaming, cross-border e-commerce, social software, and mobile payments; With China’s agricultural technology application scenarios leading the world, smart agriculture has become a new track for going global.

At present, Jifei has established distribution systems on five continents worldwide, and smart agricultural products have been sold to 50 countries and regions, covering major agricultural countries around the world, such as Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam in Asia; In addition to Ecuador, there are also Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico in Latin America; Even in developed Western countries such as Switzerland, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany, which have strict regulations, Geely’s products have gradually passed local technical testing and certification, and agricultural drones and unmanned vehicle equipment can be legally commercialized for operation.

Relying on a strong distribution system, Jifei’s exports of drones, unmanned vehicles, and other products have grown rapidly. In 2021 alone, the number of drone exports to countries has doubled year-on-year, and the export value has increased by more than five times year-on-year. In the first quarter of this year, overseas sales also continued the good trend of last year. “Cao Nan, General Manager of Jifei Technology’s overseas business department, said in sharing the situation of overseas sales, “The new agricultural unmanned vehicle launched by Jifei has found a good application scenario overseas. In Europe, our unmanned vehicle cooperates with local well-known scientific research institutions and universities to implant the concept of Precision agriculture into local orchard planting.”

As of the end of 2021, the number of unmanned agricultural equipment operated by Jifei globally has exceeded 80000, serving a total of 990 million acres of farmland. By widely applying precision equipment driven by electricity in farmland, we have saved over 30 million tons of water resources, reduced carbon emissions by 960000 tons, and reduced crop losses by 10 million tons.
