Drone technology helps modernize agriculture

At present, corn is in an important period of yield formation, and it is also a key period for implementing the “one spray multiple prevention” policy for corn. Recently, Shengfo Town utilized plant protection drone control technology to achieve “one spray multiple prevention” and “one spray multiple effects”, ensuring the achievement of this year’s goal of stable and increased grain production.

In Unloading Village, Shengfo Town, over nearly a hundred acres of demonstration land, three drones are carrying out pesticide spraying operations. Accompanied by the rapid “buzzing” sound, drones carrying various pesticides such as insecticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers rise into the air. Misty pesticides are sprayed from the body, accurately spraying on the corn field.

It is understood that plant protection drones spray pesticides accurately, with high efficiency, strong penetration, and low dosage. They can work on 100 acres per hour, which is 30 to 50 times more efficient than traditional manual labor.

In recent years, Shengfo Town has driven farmers to actively participate in mass prevention and control through demonstration and prevention measures, radiating and driving the entire town to carry out comprehensive prevention and control on a large scale, ensuring a bumper grain harvest.

Next, Shengfo Town will continue to increase technical training in field management, disease prevention and control, and fully do a good job in mechanical support, service coordination, and other work to help increase grain production and income throughout the year.
