Plant protection drone flight prevention operation to ensure abundant harvest

At present, it is a critical period for rice Pest control. Recently, Nanchuan District Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of Chongqing organized agricultural technicians to Qiping Village, Hetu Town, to guide and help villagers to carry out rice Pest control work, and used plant protection drones to carry out flight prevention operations on 110 mu of rice fields, to ensure that rice production increased and farmers’ income increased.

In recent years, Nanchuan District has vigorously promoted the construction of Agrarian society service system, focused on improving the comprehensive service capacity of agricultural modernization, and carried out a series of services such as soil testing, formulated fertilization, and UAV unified defense rule. This year, a total of 130000 mu of Agrarian society services have been carried out, of which 46000 mu are under the control of unmanned aerial vehicles, effectively reducing manpower, material resources and costs, and improving the quality of agricultural products.
