The Harbin Audit Bureau, in conjunction with the “Work Implementation Year” activity of deepening capacity and style construction, conducts precise research, benefits the people through practical work, and effectively helps to assist villages in meeting the needs and expectations of the people, and helps rural revitalization to take a broad and practical path.
Resident cadres conducted immersive surveys and research by visiting villages and households, and found that the rice planting area in Yongqing Village is wide, with a total of 6800 acres. During spring plowing, left behind elderly people farm at home. Previously, relying on manual spraying of pesticides was not only inefficient but also costly, making it an economic burden for villagers to farm. Most villagers hope to use drones for unified operation and pesticide spraying. In order to solve the actual difficulties of the people, the Municipal Audit Bureau, after multiple investigations and arguments, ultimately decided to assist Yongqing Village in purchasing the Xinjiang T50 agricultural drone.
At present, it is a critical period for rice field management and a high incidence period of diseases and pests. On July 25th, Chen Lin, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Audit Bureau, led the village staff members to the field to observe the drone’s anti aircraft operations and spray pesticides on rice paddies.
In the emerald green rice fields, three agricultural technicians were busy dispensing and loading pesticides for the spray prevention drone. When they were ready, accompanied by a sound of rotor rotation, the plant protection drone took off under the control of the staff and circled low over the rice fields along the set route. A mist curtain sprayed from the pesticide spraying port below the aircraft, and in a few minutes, a large area of rice fields had already been sprayed with pesticides, Won unanimous praise from the villagers present. The UAV adopts advanced low volume spray technology, which ensures uniform drug spraying and good atomization effect. It can not only reduce pesticide consumption, reduce environmental pollution, but also improve rice disease resistance. Especially during the rice heading period, drone spraying of pesticides can avoid touching rice flowers during manual operations, providing guarantee for high yield and harvest of rice.
Drone operation not only saves costs and labor for the people, but also makes farmers feel the warmth of the Party and the government firsthand, and makes everyone feel that technological innovation is playing an increasingly important role in promoting rural revitalization. Village Secretary Yang Zhanguo proudly said, “This week, our village has sprayed nearly 4000 acres of pesticides, completing 60% of the progress of the first round of operations. Two rounds of rice spraying with pesticides can save villagers nearly 70000 yuan in planting costs. The Harbin Audit Bureau has made positive contributions to saving costs and increasing income in agricultural production for the entire village. The villagers on the side happily said, “In the past, we needed people to carry heavy medicine buckets to spray pesticides. After a day, we couldn’t hit much ground and were exhausted. Now, drone spraying is good, fast, safe, and efficient. The drone can do the work in a few minutes, which can cover the workload of more than ten people a day and save us a lot of expenses. This drone is really great.
The drone can load pesticide amounts, spray ranges, complete spraying per hour, and implement operational climate conditions at once. It is pointed out that the village work team should further take the lead in researching and developing the maximum efficiency of drones, so that drones not only play a role in pest prevention, but also promote green prevention and control in fertilization, herbicide spraying, rice blast prevention, and other aspects. The drone can also provide paid pesticide spraying for other rural areas after spraying their own farmland, expanding the channels for village collective income growth.
