The intelligence of agricultural and rural economic production, networked management, and digitalization of management have put forward new requirements for talent cultivation. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural vocational majors, improve the quality and efficiency of the talent cultivation system for agricultural and rural management, Heilongjiang Agricultural Economics Vocational College has been leading the construction of modern agricultural economic management majors since 2008, supported by 16 national and 23 provincial-level professional construction and research projects, connecting with core positions in agricultural management, and optimizing talent cultivation goals, paths, models, and mechanisms, A set of high-level digital new agricultural and commercial majors, courses, resources, and talent cultivation plans and standards have been formed, providing talent and technical support for the rapid development and transformation of Heilongjiang’s agricultural production economy.
In order to promote the improvement and upgrading of agricultural vocational majors, the school has established a research team nationwide, conducting research and argumentation on the production and operation of vocational family farms, modern agricultural economic management in vocational colleges, and modern agricultural operation and management in vocational colleges and undergraduate programs. It has established a talent positioning of “focusing on new needs, based on new industries, serving new formats, connecting with new professions, and integrating new technologies”, We have proposed a talent cultivation concept of “cultivating virtue and cultivating talents, connecting industries, diversified collaboration, standard guidance, integration of industry and education, technical support, ability enhancement, and continuous improvement”, and constructed a talent cultivation system of “ten chain connection”. It is required to face the needs of industries and professions, closely connect with employment units and corresponding positions, and determine the training specifications, curriculum system, and The teaching team, internship training, and quality control plan ensure the matching of supply and demand for agricultural and vocational talents.
The school takes the organic connection between the agricultural and rural industrial chain, curriculum chain, resource chain, and other aspects as the entry point, and mainly participates in the formulation of the “1+X” vocational skill level standards for agricultural economic organization management of Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group; Relying on the “Industry University Research” Party Building Alliance and Heilongjiang Modern Agricultural Vocational Education Group, we have established an economic and trade education alliance with farmers’ cooperatives, UFIDA, Xindao, Inspur, and other enterprises to create a “Group+Research Institute+Alliance+Industrial College” digital new agricultural and commercial professional group education community, and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
To meet the needs of training talents and serving society, the school has carried out digital and intelligent empowerment, launched a digital new agricultural business training model that integrates learning and business, created a national level virtual simulation training center, cooperated with enterprises, configured digital and intelligent software and hardware facilities and equipment, constructed a core operational business scenario and training project system covering the entire modern agricultural industry chain, and achieved an integrated training model of industry, education, learning, training, research, service, and innovation.
