One typical case is Baiyuankang’s “fish vegetable symbiosis”.
Baiyuankang is located in the National Rural Industry Integration Demonstration Park in Dongheng Village, Luoshe Town, covering an area of 120 acres. Adopting a modern and high-tech hybrid production method that combines planting and breeding, Baiyuankang combines four technologies: “industrialized circulating water aquaculture”, “soilless cultivation”, “fish vegetable symbiosis”, and “efficient active peptide concentration and separation”. Through the complete construction of animal, plant, and microbial ecological chains, it achieves a sustainable, recyclable, efficient, pollution-free, full biological cycle, and fully controllable biological agricultural production model.
Water flows out of the fish pond and undergoes complex treatment processes. The fecal residues are converted into nutrients required by the planting system through the microbial system. After being absorbed and filtered by the vegetable roots, the circulating water returns to the aquaculture pond. At Baiyuankang’s “fish vegetable symbiosis” ecological farm, we have achieved the goal of “raising fish without changing water, and planting vegetables without fertilizing”. At present, Baiyuankang has constructed more than 10 “fish vegetable symbiosis” projects, continuously replicating and expanding the ecological agriculture industry.
The relevant person in charge of Baiyuankang stated that the “fish vegetable symbiosis” model deviates from soil cultivation and avoids the use of pesticides. The vegetable yield is more than 5 times higher than traditional cultivation, and the fish yield is 10 times higher than pond aquaculture. While the production method is more environmentally friendly, the economic benefits are also significantly improved. In addition, there is also guidance from government departments in terms of production standards, fundamentally ensuring the quality and safety of fish and vegetables.

Moreover, on the basis of fish and vegetable cultivation, Baiyuankang has broken through the conventional production and preparation process of active peptides, that is, by stimulating fish to synthesize small molecule peptides with unique biological functions, secrete them into aquaculture water bodies and extract them, and then carry out deep processing of peptide series products, further extending the “zero emission” ecological agriculture industry chain. At present, Baiyuankang has launched and sold three peptide products.
