November 1st is the first day of the “Gannan Navel Orange Picking Day”. In various navel orange orchards in Shangyou County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, fruit farmers’ faces are filled with joyful smiles, busy picking abundant fruits, creating a busy harvest scene.
On the early morning of November 1st, in the thousand acre selenium rich navel orange base located in Shexi Town, Shangyou County, fruit farmers were busy picking yellow navel oranges. A group of tourists from the Greater Bay Area of Shenzhen, Guangdong gathered in the orchard to pick and taste, experiencing the joy of a bountiful harvest of navel oranges with fruit farmers. Everyone wanted to taste the first taste of Gannan navel oranges.
The navel orange trees covering the mountains and fields are covered with navel oranges. The truck arrived at the orchard early in the morning, and the fruit farmers were busy picking, sorting, and packing, rushing to transport the first batch of navel oranges to the market.
